Can I get a VAT receipt?
If you need a VAT receipt for your RingGo session you can view and print them from our website as well as have them automatically emailed to you each time you park at no extra charge. Please follow the instructions below to view/print/email your receipts:

I cannot print out a VAT receipt. I keep getting the summary.
Please make sure that you are on the page entitled 'Monthly Statements'. This can be selected from the menu options on the left of the page once you have logged into MyRingGo.co.uk
Once you are there, against each personal parking transaction you've made with RingGo there will be a printer icon....

As a RingGo Xpress member how can I schedule VAT receipts to be emailed to me?
If you are a RingGo Xpress member, you can change your account settings to manage your VAT receipt settings at MyRingGo.
Select the 'My Account / Settings' menu option.

My VAT receipt says COPY why?
The reason why your VAT receipt may have COPY displayed is that you have already accessed this VAT receipt and may have printed it out. Therefore we need to state 'COPY' on it (to avoid duplicate expense claims). You can of course still email or print it should you need to.
