Why doesn't the system recognise my new vehicle registration?

We receive our information directly from the DVLA and there is sometimes a delay in them releasing new vehicle details in particular for general use; hence the reason that our system does not recognise the registration when you are trying to add it to your account.  Our operators can add it on your behalf as they are able to override the system.  Please contact us by logging in to MyRingGo.co.uk, click on 'contact us' located on the green tool bar, change the drop down box to 'incorrect vehicle' and advise us of the number plate, colour and make and we will make the changes for you.
