If you have forgotten or lost your RingGo PIN we can send it to you via a text message to your mobile phone. At the top of this page you will see a 'MyRingGo' box which you should click on. Underneath the boxes on this page is a sentence that says 'Forgotten your PIN - we can text it straight to your mobile phone' Click on this and it will take you to the PIN Request page where you will be asked to enter your mobile number. Shortly afterwards you will receive your PIN reminder via text.
Please note that this texting service is limited to one text per day and we can only send it to mobile phones.
If you have lost or no longer have the mobile for which you require the PIN, please log in to the RingGo webpage using your current mobile details and send us a PIN request via that account instead, quoting the number of the mobile for which you require the information.
