What happens if my train is late/cancelled?

Unfortunately RingGo cannot be held responsible for the late arrival/cancellation of your train; therefore if you have already paid for your parking we are unable to authorise a refund for your unused session.  In order to request a refund you will need to approach the car park operator, since we bank the payment directly to them.  If they approve the refund they will email us and we will be happy to credit your payment card.
