If you need a VAT receipt for your RingGo session you can view and print them from our website as well as have them automatically emailed to you each time you park at no extra charge. Please follow the instructions below to view/print/email your receipts:
- Go to MyRingGo.co.uk.
- Log into your account with your mobile number and the RingGo PIN number that was texted to you the first time you used RingGo, if you've forgotten it, you are more than welcome to use the PIN reminder link on the log in page and we'll text your RingGo PIN straight to your mobile right away
- Once you're logged in to your account, select 'Monthly Statements' from the available menu options
- Locate the transaction for which you want the VAT receipt for
- To view and print a VAT receipt, click on the Printer icon next to the parking session to preview your VAT receipt, the VAT receipt will appear in a new window. Click on the Print link at the bottom of the VAT receipt.
- To email the VAT receipt to yourself, add your email address to your contact details and then on the Statements page, the envelope icon will be enabled, allowing you to click on it to email it to you.
If you want to automatically have your VAT receipt emailed to you each time you park, please opt in on the 'Email Me!' page.
RingGo Xpress members can choose to have their VAT receipts automatically emailed to them on a scheduled basis. If you are not a RingGo Xpress customer and would like to subscribe, please log into your RingGo account and select 'RingGo Xpress' from the available menu options.
