You will be asked to log in, so we have as much information to hand as possible to answer effectively and so we can use your account information as a reference if you have previously registered with us. We will email you back with an automated reply to confirm that we have received your email and will contact you shortly thereafter with a response.
Our contact form has a number of categories you can select from. Please choose the closest option, or if it's not listed, select 'Query'. The form is designed to answer some of the more common questions, quickly and easily. For example, if you select "Refund Request" and you want this because a parking machine didn't issue you with a paper ticket, you will receive an answer that RingGo is not responsible for the maintenance of the parking meters.
