You can change your payment card details in two ways. You can change it via the MyRingGo website or change it during your next call to park.
To change it on the website:
- Click on this link: MyRingGo
- Log in with your mobile number and your RingGo PIN
- Once successfully logged in, click on 'Payment Details' icon in the centre of the screen
- Update your card details and click save
To change it during your next call to RingGo:
- Call to park as you would normally
- When you get to the point in the call where it asks if you want to use your card number ending in {last 4 numbers} key in the number given for 'no' as the option
- Enter new card details
- Once the payment is successfully authorised, your new card details will automatically overwrite your old one
